SOCIALIZATION RELATED TO PARROT BREEDING, PARROT HEALTH, AND OTHER MATTERS CONCERNING PARROTS AMONG RESIDENTS OF DUNGUS VILLAGE, GRESIK
4Putra Vertex Aviary greeted the residents of Dungus Village, Gresik, through a casual conversation full of knowledge. We did not come alone, but brought along a young licensed veterinarian to provide valid medical explanations directly to the residents.
This activity is our way of “kulonuwun” (paying respects) and building trust with the local villagers. We want to alleviate their concerns with facts, starting from a thorough explanation of hygienic cage design, proper waste disposal procedures, to expert explanations that our birds are safe from infectious diseases. In essence, we want to prove that breeding businesses can coexist harmoniously and safely with residential areas.

Parrot Exhibition and Education at Dinamika University (Stikom Surabaya)
4Putra Vertex Aviary had the opportunity to hold an educational exhibition at Dinamika University. It wasn't just a visual exhibition, we presented an interactive experience where students could interact directly with our exotic collection, from cheerful Galahs to majestic Macaws.
This activity is a tangible manifestation of our commitment to not only be breeders, but also educators. We share insights about the unique characteristics of curved-beak birds, the importance of animal welfare, and the legality of keeping exotic animals in Indonesia.
